Member Online Application Process
Option 1: Take this route if you have not purchased a HMP MAP Pack or a Member Pack
- Visit myherbalife.com and click on the Apply Online button to become a Herbalife Nutrition Member
- You will be directed to a Create a Herbalife Account where you will need to enter your email address and create a unique password. Make sure to take note of the details you have entered as you will use these to log into www.myherbalife.com once you have completed the sign-up process
- Once you have created an account, read through the Gold Standard Guarantees agreement and click each box to indicate your understanding and acceptance
- Thereafter you will be requested to add your Sponsor’s information. It is important to check that you have entered the correct Sponsor details before you click Continue
- You will then be required to submit your detailed personal information
- The next step would request you to create your personal identification number and agree to the Data Privacy Agreement
- You will be directed to a page, where you will be required to review and accept the Herbalife Nutrition Agreement of Membership and Terms and Conditions
- You will receive a pop-up notification once you accept the Terms and Conditions advising you that you have a 14-day window period to withdraw from the contract
- Shortly after submitting your agreement to the Herbalife Nutrition Terms and Conditions, you will be required to purchase the Herbalife HMP Member Pack
- There are two options for a member to receive their member pack; either via shipping or Pick Up. Select the applicable option and complete the necessary information and click on the Continue tab to submit this information
- Review your order summary and click on Submit if you are happy with your order. Alternatively click Cancel if you do not wish to proceed
- You will be directed to the Payment Gateway once you click Submit to complete the payment details. Once you have entered your payment details, click the Pay tab to conclude the transaction
- You will receive a confirmation email confirming all the information provided
- To conclude the process, you will be required to login to myherbalife.com and answer the requested security questions

- Shortly after submitting your agreement to the Herbalife Nutrition Terms and Conditions, you will be directed to the Herbalife HMP Member Pack purchase page. Since you have already purchased the Member Pack, you can select the option that you have already purchased a Member Pack
- You will receive a confirmation email confirming all the information provided
- To conclude the process, you will be required to login to www.myherbalife.com and answer the requested security questions
